Purpose of the site

The site presents VERA’s exhibition and congress stands, decor and branding, and event management services, shares project examples and receives contact and quotation requests. General descriptions do not constitute a firm price, availability confirmation or commitment to perform work. Scope, price, delivery conditions and the parties’ obligations are agreed separately.

Contact and quotation requests

Submitting a form does not mean that an order has been accepted or a service contract formed. We may contact you using the details provided to assess your request. Information should be accurate and relevant. Do not submit confidential information belonging to others or content you are not authorised to share.

Content and project images

Rights in text, designs, logos, photographs and other site content belong to VERA or the relevant rights holders. Display of third-party brands and logos does not mean that VERA owns those rights.

Google services and external links

The site may include third-party content such as Google Maps and external links. The provider’s terms and privacy policies apply to those services. VERA Web Mail is the technical connection used to send site notifications through the authorised administrator’s Gmail account. It is not an email account service for visitors. Visitors are not asked for Gmail passwords or permission to access their Google accounts.
