Decor and branding bring your visual identity into exhibition, congress and corporate event spaces.
We consider reception areas, stages, backdrops, information points and wayfinding as parts of the same visitor experience. Graphics are adapted to viewing distances, surface dimensions and production methods. Brand files and print-ready artwork are checked before approval.
Materials, print methods, mounting details and handover conditions are defined in the quotation. Venue surfaces and installation permissions must be assessed in advance. Dismantling, removal of fixings and the condition in which surfaces must be returned are agreed before production.

let’s clarify.
What does decor and branding include?
Depending on the brief, the scope may include decor elements, graphic surfaces, backdrops, venue branding and wayfinding. Design, printing, production, mounting and dismantling responsibilities are stated in the quotation.
Can you work with our existing artwork?
We review supplied artwork for dimensions, resolution, colours and the intended production method. Production starts once the appropriate files and technical details have been approved.
Can graphics be removed without surface damage?
The surface, existing finish and venue permissions must be checked first. Freestanding structures or appropriate fixings may be considered. Damage-free removal cannot be guaranteed without a surface assessment.
Do you provide outdoor installations?
The site, ground, duration and weather exposure require technical assessment. Materials, supporting structures and fixings are selected only after suitability has been reviewed.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send the event name, venue and dates, measured plans and site photos, required applications, brand assets and a budget range if available. Include mounting restrictions and dismantling requirements.
